JEWELRY CARE

• Wipe the jewellery with a cotton or a polishing cloth after every use
• Always store the jewellery in the anti-tarnish bag given by silverrich Jewelry
• No perfumes, water or sweat to be in contact with the jewellery
• Do not leave the product overnight in air , it will get oxidised (it’s a usual process in silver)
• Jewelleries which are overloaded with pearls and stones need to be handled with utmost care
• Damage caused to the jewellery due to mishandling to be immediately rectified with the local vendor or can be sent back to us, we would be happy to rectify it at an extra charge and this process normally takes 25 to 30 days.
• Pure sterling silver jewellery has a tendency to tarnish especially when it’s not worn. To maintain the lustre of your jewellery do follow the above instructions
• NO guarantee or warranty will be provided for gold plating, its completely based on the maintenance
• Gold plating in silver jewelry will not last forever, it will fade at one point in time which is natural in silver jewelleries
• If required, we will gold plate at an extra charge (Charges will be according to the product and the current rate) and the duration would be 20-30 days. (Applicable only for the products purchased from silverrich JEWELRY)
